Hi All,

Just got the Harmony 880 for less than a week and still trying to figure out how to setup the remote. Out of no where, there is a visable blackline that cut across the middle of the LCD screen!

Has anyone encounter this problem? Is there anyway I can get rid of this line?

I have tried removing the battery but it doesn' work.

Any advise is appreciated.
