It may not be the delays. Have you tried to Adjust the Inputs? Go into Device mode and try all the commands to see if you can go directly to an input or if you have to scroll and which commands you need. Then Adjust Inputs and make sure the list of inputs matches the TV exactly (number and order - the label name doesn't matter), then answer the other questions about how your TV selects an input.
