Sorry, my mistake... it's just that being able to create 255 activities holds no meaning when you can only base them on 15 devices. :-)

I think what might be helpful is an indication of how these BD players are set up. Are they 15 of the same model, or a random variety? Are they in multiple rooms, or the same room? Do you need to be able to control multiple players at the same time? If you have multiples of the same unit in the same room, do you need to be able to control them discretely?
