The display stopped working on my 676. Apparently the
buttons still work since I can still control my equipment
with the remote. The backlight also works. I tried
reloading the software but that didn't fix it. The remote
fell a few feet onto a soft carpet and after that it stopped
working - but that gentle a fall shouldn't have killed
the display.
Does anyone have any ideas on what else to try to get
the display working again?
Did you also try to do a Firmware update? Sometimes doing a firmware update will fix a problem. If not call Logitech Support
