i'll check the ch on mine when i get home. i've been meaning to post a similar issue. my "8" key is much more dim than the other numerical buttons; it's almost blacked out. did you happen to notice the same on yours?

Mine is more dim on the "C" than the "h" but overall the
"Ch" is more dim than the rest of the remote.
I was wondering if this is just my remote or that's just
the way the remote is built.
