If that's an older model TV you could try a newer model to see if it has discrete commands. Or you can try to get discrete commands from Sony or from Pronto users (pronto Hex codes) and have support upload them for you. If they don't exist then you're stuck with InputNext.
But remember - you're no worse off with the harmony than you would be with your Sony remote.
