Here is the list of commands (dataset) the Harmony database (db) has for your LG RU-44SZ63D TV device. This database list was obtained from the Device Learn infrared commands page. Note that the dataset is by brand rather than model so your particular TV model may NOT support all of these commands.
Note 1: By default, the Adjust Power is configured to use the toggle method (one button for both) instead of the discrete method (different buttons for each), but the discrete PowerOn and PowerOff commands are listed. Try them in device mode and if they work properly, then reconfigure the Adjust Power Settings to use the discrete method.
Note 2: By default, the Adjust Input is already configured to use the discrete method (Method 2), but it uses the same discrete command "InputDVI/DTV" for both the DVI-DTV and the DVI-PC inputs. You should try all the discrete input commands to see if you have the true discrete commands for these 2 inputs. Else, you will have to use the clone technique mentioned by Akirby.
