For your first problem, try decreasing the number of repeats (now nameless) under Device > Troubleshoot > xx responds to some commands either too many times or only occasionally.

For your second problem, also check all the TV commands in device mode looking for a command like "SpeakerOff", "SpeakerToggle", etc.
