this is on an avl-300 (monsters harmony based remote). I resolved the issue. It didnt like the fact that I had both text and image based icons. Once I changed all ikons to images it worked.

As far as compatibility, the images are simply images. Theres nothing that keep you from using these images on other remotes. As much as I would like the harmony one, I cant use it. It lacks rf and zwave, the 2 features that matter most to me.
