Fcisler, here another idea not requiring a clone. It's called a pseudo discrete sequencing but it hinges on one cycler resetting the other. Try these 2 tests (using your original remote or the Harmony remote in device mode):
1) Press the "InputPC" command repeatedly until you are on the 2nd input (HDMI) of its cycling list. Now press the "InputVideo" command, then press the "InputPC" command only once. Is your TV on the 1st input (DTV) of the "InputPC" cycling list? If so, proceed to the second test.
2) Press the "InputVideo" command repeatedly until you are on the 2nd input (AV1) of its cycling list. Now press the "InputPC" command, then press the "InputVideo" command only once. Is your TV on the 1st input (Cable) of the "InputVideo" cycling list?

If the answer is yes for both tests, then you can use the pseudo discrete sequencing technique via the Activity Start Macro feature. For example, the Activity Start sequence would look like this for an activity using the AV2 input: "InputPC, InputVideo, InputVideo, InputVideo", and like this for lets say an activity using the HDMI input: "InputVideo, InputPC, InputPC".

Important: With this technique, would will have to remove all inputs in the Device > Adjust Input Settings. When you do that, the activity wizard will no longer ask what input to use for your TV device. It's too bad that the Device Adjust Input Settings Method 2 no longer supports multiple commands (sequence). That is why you have to use the Activity Start sequence.

Note: The Activity Start sequence feature becomes available when you select the option "Yes, but I want to add more control of options and devices for this Activity" in the Activity Wizard or in the "Review the settings for this Activity".
