You don't need to remove the device or not use the other AV input. Just phone tech support and get them to change the setup so it works properly...they don't bite!


jlet, the script was probably done for another user with the same TV. Once tech support gets confirmation a particular setup works for a device, they update the Device profile for all users who add the same device in the future.
