Did you update your remote? you have to update your remote
for the Icons to become available also is your text identical
to drew2k1's as to Case I know with the Directv HR20-100
it has to be Spell "Red", "Green", "Blue", & "Yellow"
without the quotes for the colored Icons to appear
How do you update the remote?
THe only way I update it is via the "Update Remote" button @ top right of the desktop software.
