Instead of learning new codes for MCE - did you try the "Confirm Infrared Commands"? If all you did was change the remote address this will ask you to send a few test commands and it will automatically choose the right IR codes for that address (if they exist). Add a new MCE device and try that - using the remote that's already been set for the new address. I bet that gives you back the Aspect command since they normally just copy all the commands to the different IR addresses.
