If you have only the one problem, getting to HDMI2, then the doofer is the answer.
At "Additional commands when activity starts" include InputHDMI1 and InputNext as commands.
I did this at first for my Tosh but eventually someone found a single discrete, so you may be lucky.
The codes, especially the extra ones, come mainly from users, and gradually become more complete.
