the "pro's" customer needs/wants/requires.
To argue the point, we would need some factual information.
Obviously it would wrong to say that Harmonys are only good for A/V components; many are used for heating, lighting, air-conditioning, things of that kind.
So, the information we need is what else constitutes a Living Environment.
What else do people want/need/require?
