It may be that the device and/or activity is defined as DVD only. You might have to define 2 devices - one DVD jukebox and one CD jukebox and do separate activities but I haven't really used that feature to know for sure. You might need to call support.
How does it know the difference between CDs and DVDs in the media list you uploaded?
