If you have gone through each page (there may be more than one page) in the TV Device screen and there are no input commands ;then call Logitech Support and they will add the extra commands for you.
That page that you posted is actually a list of the raw (Pronto) commands that Logitech support can put into your database so you can use the Input commands and Power On, Power Off etc as seperate commands.
Discrete simply means individual and seperate.
