Why doesn't the harmony auto send an enter after sending

then sits for 2 full seconds, then changes channel. Can

In the software, click on the Device Tab, Select your Device, click on Advance setup for this device, Click next, keep clicking on Next until you get to the screen that says How do you select channels on your original remote. then select the method your original remote uses
