I just purchased a subject remote and should get it sometime this week.Being very inexperienced,I'm hoping to get some guidance on the best way to get it up and running.Some specific questions I have are;
1.should I use the installation disk that comes with it or go to a site and get more
current software?
2.is there specific information I need before I start besides equipment types and
model numbers?
3.in these forums,I see the equipment type PVR used.What exactly is a PVR?
Any other advice that you could give will be greatly appreciated.THANKS IN ADVANCE.
