Replaced a ($30) battery after a few years, but the replacement didn't hold a charge just like the old battery. I cleaned the contacts and everything else suggested on the troubleshooting sheets. Logitech surprised me by sending a complete new unit. Same thing happened. No charge, even overnight.

The battery store checked the voltage, capacity and the cradle. All were okay.

Any ideas would be appreciated. If it works, I have an extra Harmoiny One. Loved it when it worked.
