I'm not sure what i did, everything used to work fine, but now everytime I press any button for any device (onkyo amp / sky hd / sony tv) it sends the command twice. eg. i press 1 on the sky device and 11 appears on the screen. i've tried the recommended approach of turning down the sensitivity to 0 and 1 from the default 3, but it makes no difference.

anyone got any ideas? i don't mind reseting it completely and starting again if that's the only option, but can't find out how to do this.
