Apparently you haven't checked yet on what the Harmony can offer you.
Go to Customise Buttons and look in the drop down list of available commands.
You'll find a whole lot of separate Input commands that the original remote does not provide.
Test them, find out which set the inputs you want, then apply them using Method 2, NOT 3 or 1.
