Be very careful If you start again and create a new account for an existing remote already assigned to a previous user (Even if you are the same user) Any warranty you had will be void I had this problem when a friend asked me to help him with his Harmony
I set up a new account but used his remote and everybody was happy
A few months later (still within the 1st year) the lcd screen went faulty
Logitech said that as the remote has been used by 2 users the warranty was void and would not repair the unit FOC but they could fix it for a lot more than it cost to buy a brand new replacement unit
