steve201, have you opened a case with logitech for repair? I recently have had my 890 volume up button go faulty (I need to press hard to get it to work). I opened a case with Logitech and although it was out of warranty by more than 8 months, the warranty department decided to send me a new replacemet 890 complete with extender etc. It may be worth your while to go ahead and open a case and see what they can do for you. Also one recomendation when buying anything like this that may go faulty: use a credit card that has an extended warranty benefit. There are lots of cards out there that double the manufaturer's warranty up to one year, just for putting the full purchase price on their card. BTW Logitech rocks!
