Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else is encountering this problem with their Harmon Kardon receiver.

Using the software with the 550, and some help from Logitech Phone support, I can make the AVR-146 turn on using the remote control.

Turning it off, is a different question. Tech Support and I tried several times, using different setups.

They could not get it to work, they suggested I use the "learn ir" option to program two keys from my original remote control into 1 key on the new 550. That did not work as well.

I figured I would ask here before I went back to tech support and invested more of my time.
