When the remote is on the cradle it is sensitive. I got 2 hours of charging on my first day, which was Thursday. As soon as I started using my remote it stopped charging even though it was in the cradle. But, I'm thinking it has a smart charge that doesn't begin charging unless it needs to.
I wrote the customer service on my Friday about my initial charge. They said if my battery has problems to contact them again. I have put it back on the cradle and it has not started charging since Thursday. So I'm thinking smart charge technology or something.
Just so you know, as soon as I drop it in the cradle it starts the slide show. So it knows it's in the cradle.
I'm not really too concerned at this point.
