Just bought my 880 yesterday.

Spent two minutes jiggling the remote in
the cradle until it finally said "on base."

Should this be something I should be concerned about?

I paid an extra $40 for the Best Buy 2-year protection.
This means in the next 2 years I can return it for any
reason for exchange.

What I am saying is that I can put up with this for
quite a while longer, and if they put out a revision
in the future I can simply trade my remote into Best
Buy and get a replacement.

In the meantime, this is a serious design flaw and
I'm wondering if anything can be done about it now.
