I have some IR codes to my Toshiba TV that I am trying to get into a format that will allow me to input into NEO Hacker or the Pronto2NEO spreadsheet for use in my ProntoNEO. The pronto2NEO spreadsheet supports Pronto Hex code, RC5 Code, and RC5 system and command number.
Heres the code

I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me a formula or point me to some documentation that explains how to convert this format to something I can use with my NEO. Thanks in advance.
