RFMan are you actually trying the commands from MakeHex or are you visually inspecting the hex stream that appears different? Very few identical Pronto hex commands look exactly alike by inspection. I have used MakeHex many times and it is quite accurate.
When you changed the device number to 64 did you save the file before dropping it on the MakeHex.exe?
