Jon,
I used my OFA and JP1 cable and loaded up the Hitachi codes that were on the Yahoo JP1 files section using IR.exe and the spreadsheets. I then added the EFCs for the discrete power codes you provided. Everything loaded up fine into the remote but the discrete power codes did not work. All the other preloaded Hitachi codes worked fine, but the ones I added and mapped to other keys did not. I'll see if maybe Stephane's might work.
