You are probably right but every command has EXACTLY the same total length for the first 13 burst pairs. The variances are all exactly 127 uSec. So timing variations seem a little higher than usual one maybe two periods (these are all 5 periods except for the final off).

This is mitigated by the repeat on a few that isn't exact but even they agree or are off by 127 uSec.

Maybe I have been looking at this stuff too long. I guess conspiracy theories are next ;-)
