If you email me what you have from the manufacturer, I and the learned numerals 0 through 9, I can probably decode it.
If you consider 0016 0022 to be the One, and 0022 002E to be the Zero then you get:
1100101000 1110 01 1100101000 1101 01
where the 4 bits in the middle are 0xE and 0xD respectively, but it is always reckless to decode two commands and conclude a pattern.
