Yes the 3802 is a subset of the 5803 codes. That file has an excel spreadsheet, as well, with the listing of all the codes-you could cross reference with the 3802 codes from the denon website- but as I remember the discrete input commands, power commands and tuner presets will work. The discrete fader commands will not however.
