That matches three entries I have in that mega CML file. Those entries are labeled:

Runco / Barco Projector 943 or better
viewsonic projector pj1060
Hitachi Video Projector CP-X275

None of them include anything that looks like a discrete on or off.

You could use MakeHex to create and test all 256 possible commands for NEC1 protocol, device 135.69; But I'm not sure I'd feel safe testing unknown commands with this sort of device. You can't be sure you won't find a command to erase its firmware or its alignment of other settings that would require expert service. Please find and read a few posts on the risks of trying unknown IR commands, before deciding whether you should.
