I had to be the bearer of bad news but someone sent me an official looking document from Dell with the commands for the various models and the W3000 had no discrete power commands listed. They do use a subset of the LG codes that use the NEC1 protocol device = 4. It looks like someone has already tried all 256 possible commands in post 6.
