You want nec1.irp and device 4, rather than NECx1.irp device 45 (as in that thread) but otherwise the process is the same.

Once you have that CCF with all 256 commands you can select the ones you actually want using the OBC numbers Jon posted (ignore the EFC numbers since you don't have a UEI remote).
