Hi,
I have a Samsung HLN-5065W. I followed the instructions to check my firmware and the last 3 digits are 211.

I called Samsung and they told me there wasn't a firwmware upgrade available and that my TV should support the discrete codes, but it didn't seem to when I had my harmony remote set to do that. They also sent me an email with the discrete codes in hex (LIKE FF, C3, etc) and the associated video selection they are supposed to control. I couldn't figure out how to get these into my remote, however, I suspect that the harmony was programmed correctly initially and my TV just doesn't support the discrete codes.
Any ideas? How do I get the firmware upgrade (if needed)

Update: I spoke with Harmony support, they placed the codes in my remote on the web site and I updated the remote. It still didn't work.
