The firmware version does not need to start with a 2. There are lots of firmware revisions out there an it seems every shipment has new firmware in it. Does the model number end with a W1? This could be one of the interim models between the hln and the hlp sets, or this could be an old b-stock unit. Based on your post above, the firmware is either version 10.3 or 1.03. I have a 43" coming in for a customer Monday. I will double check the codes then and let you know if maybe this last shipment has a different codeset. Can you wait until next week, or does the time run out to return it?
