I have Tried those HEX codes. They both seem to be sleep
on my TV.

Sorry. I made a mistake in creating those Pronto Hex strings.

Today I edited my post above and put in the correct Pronto Hex strings.

I'm surprised the wrong ones did anything at all. They had the right command numbers with the wrong device number. Most devices just ignore such signals. Those Advent TV's are strange!

With that Advent_HT2751A_TV.rmdu what do I do with that.

Nothing. All the data you might want from that file is the list of OBC numbers I extracted and posted Yesterday.

To use that list, you need the MakeHex program
[Link: john.fine.home.comcast.net]
To use MakeHex, edit rc5.irp to change the device line to say
Device=0
Then drag/drop rc5.irp onto MakeHex.exe, which will create RC5.hex
Edit RC5.hex to pull out individual samples of Pronto Hex based on the list in post 2.

Do not try any of the Pronto Hex codes whose function numbers aren't in that list. I think one of those codes will destroy the TV.
