I'm a bit surprised that question isn't asked and answered more often in the OneForAll forum. The only answer I could find was in this thread:

It says the setup code number is 1708. I don't know whether that is accurate, but in any case it seems that the XBOX 360 code is not included in the Bubble, so you would need help from Bubble customer support. They would know what setup code must be added by upgrade cartridge, so even if 1708 is correct, knowing that won't help you much.
