Ok so I am looking for a remote that takes a JP1 cable and then I have to get the file NEC1 protocol, device 0.159 and upload it to the remote? I am new to this and always had cheap remotes so please do not think I am an idiot. What would be a good remote that controls my Coby DVD recorder and a Viewsat FTA Satellite box. Can you tell me someone that sells them for a good price? I need the remote and the JP1 cable and I can spend around $50.
