Thanks for the information!

I'm not sure I can get hold of one of those universal
RCs here is Asia.
They have alot of off-the-shelf universal models that
I can grab & program.
The only issue is I do not have the original remote controller
since it has been misplaced.
Can I use any software, like the ones suggested in this
post, to program those URCs?
