It's the editting software for older Pronto remotes.
Most PC programmable remote controls can use the hex codes from a ccf file opened in ProntoEdit4.
But...
I should have asked what remote you are going to program. That is important.
If you search the files section at remotecentral you will find different configurations for the various remote brands. Most all should have the discrete On & Off for Pioneer panels. The codes have been used for a few years.
They call me the "Thread Killer". Just watch!
