What brand/model of universal remote did you use?
Does it have a "blink back" operation that can be used after a code search to tell you which setup code you found? If so, which was it.
Depending on the universal brand and setup code, knowing a setup code in which some functions work may give me or other experts here enough info to tell how to make the rest of the functions work.
