I don't have experience with RTI programming but I have been told that Pronto hex can be pasted as a working command. You have to open a ccf file in ProntoEdit, get to the IR view then copy the hex.
Again, for the past two years, there has been no discrete On; only Off. However Play will turn the DVD players On.
