I have a code that I need to put in the old PRONTO remote style of HEX... but DirecTV is giving me the codes, in what they claim, is already HEX. I'm lost and need help on how to convert from one format of HEX to the other (and would love to understand which is which).

The code DirecTV gave me is 73H, but I need it in the old "0000 006B 001E 0000 00E8" type format. How do I convert this? Thanks!!!
