The above is a lot more informative than the messed up file you sent me by email. I'm generally more helpful in replying to forum posts anyway.

With the above info, and MakeHex you can generate Pronto Hex strings.
[Link: hifi-remote.com]

1) Edit rc5.irp and make sure the Device is 0 (which is the "system" code they gave you).

2) Drag/drop rc5 onto makehex.exe, which creates rc5.hex

3) Edit rc5.hex and copy out individual Pronto Hex strings and paste them into the crestron system.

If you are writing any macros that use the same function twice in a row (such as tuning channel 11) you probably need a second set of Pronto Hex strings, generated by changing the "Define T=0" in rc5.irp to "Define T=1", then redo the drag/drop to create a modified rc5.hex. Paste those strings into Crestron as alternate versions of any functions you need to use twice in a row (with no other function between). When using any function twice in a row, one of them should be from the T=0 set and the other from the T=1 set. It doesn't matter which is first. When using a function three or more times in a row, start with either, then alternate.
