That form of Pronto Hex only works in (some) Prontos. It doesn't work in other systems that can import the more common form of Pronto Hex.

You can convert it to the common form of Pronto Hex using MakeHex.

The 5001 means it is RC5x protocol, so use the file RC5x.irp (from MakeHex.zip).

The 0010, 006F and 0019 must be translated to decimal to use with Makehex. For other examples you might use Windows calculator in view/scientific mode to convert hex to decimal. For this example, they are 16, 111, and 25.

In rc5x.irp you need to change the device to 16.111, then save that file, then drag/drop it onto MakeHex.exe, then edit the resulting rc5x.hex file and copy the Pronto Hex under the label for function 25.
