okay, maybe you can help me again. I have the software installed, I opened the file and can open the IR code and look at what i guess to be the hex code. but when i paste it into the RTI library manager and press apply it says "invalid zero-length time detected."
the code that they give for -25db is:
5001 0000 0000 0002 0010 006F 0019 0000
