The discrete power on and off codes are in the soft key codes for Sony code set 261. The code set is available in the IR database for SONY17 and for several other specific remotes. Based on what I have tested, all functions for the DVP-NS72HP are available in the code set and work, and there are also several codes that evidently have no applicability to the NS72HP DVD.
